“My daughters Equinox broke a timing chain, it was a 2011 with 94 thousand miles on it, when they opened the engine, they found symptoms that required a new engine, through the help from Dave, service manager, he recommended a new engine and Chevrolet honored the warranty and installed a new engine. Dave Szynal was very kind, explained the situation thoroughly in a manner that my daughter could understand. Thank you Dave, and John Hirsch at Cambridge Motors. I will write a personal letter to John Hirsch praising Dave soon and I will certainly recommend my daughter buy from them in the future.

“I have purchased vehicles and have had service work done at Hirsch's for over 20 years. They have always provided great service. Recently the radio in my 2014 Buick had to be replaced. I was able to schedule the work the day after I called. There was an issue with the new code that had to be downloaded from the factory, which meant a longer service time. When they were informed of this they offered me a loaner car to use instead of waiting. That was something that I never expected and took advantage of. What great service as always!”
